Torch Preview Terms

1. Parties and acceptance

These Terms govern Torch Preview, initially offered in Brazil by Torch Orchestrator, an independent project operated by Bruno Pueyo, to an invited participant. To participate, you must be 18 or older and have legal capacity to agree. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.

2. Nature and duration

Preview is free, pre-release, temporary, and revocable. There is no promise of admission, continuity, availability, individual support, a fixed feature set, or commercial release. Each invitation states its wave, start, end, and permissions. The operator may extend, end, or revoke access individually or by wave.

3. License

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, temporary license for legitimate evaluation on the number of devices stated in the invitation. You may not sell, sublicense, share a key or private build, distribute binaries, bypass controls, harm others, or reverse engineer, except where the restriction is prohibited by law.

Preview does not grant a Torch Foundry license. At the end, Preview features may be disabled and the app may return to the Free plan, depending on the available version.

4. Pre-release software

The version may contain defects, change, or stop working. Do not use it as your sole repository or in a critical workflow. Keep independent backups. To the extent permitted by law, Preview is provided as is, while preserving warranties and liabilities that cannot be excluded.

5. Privacy and diagnostics

Processing is local by default, as described in the Privacy Policy. Diagnostics and attachments are sent only after an informed user action. Review content and remove secrets, sensitive data, and third-party data. Preview participation does not authorize marketing.

6. Feedback

Feedback is voluntary. You retain rights in your content and grant Torch Orchestrator a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, adapt, and incorporate suggestions into the product without publicly identifying you. There is no promise of implementation, payment, or individual response. This license does not cover your files, workspace, or personal data beyond what the report requires.

7. Intellectual property and confidentiality

Torch Orchestrator, the software, brand, interfaces, and materials belong to Bruno Pueyo or the applicable licensors. No ownership right is transferred.

Confidentiality applies only to information clearly marked or evidently confidential. It does not cover public information, information lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received. Nothing prevents protected reporting, exercise of rights, or good-faith vulnerability reporting.

8. Security and conduct

Do not access another person’s systems or data, automate abuse, distribute malware, or publish credentials. Report vulnerabilities to security@torchorchestrator.com and limit testing to what is needed to demonstrate the issue.

9. Termination

Access may end due to expiry, risk, abuse, material breach, operational need, or legal duty. Notice will be given when feasible. You may leave at any time. Local data remains under your control; online records follow the Privacy Policy.

10. Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect loss or preventable loss caused by a missing backup. Nothing limits fraud or willful misconduct, data protection, mandatory consumer rights, or other non-waivable liability. Brazilian law applies without excluding mandatory participant rights. These Terms do not select a specific court or venue.
