Safe discovery
Detection checks executables and capabilities without opening projects or running scripts. Missing tools are not shown as ready.
Open in IDE
A global preference may be inherited or overridden per workspace. The project root is passed to the selected IDE when compatible.
Authentication
Sign-in, paid plans, tokens and usage policies belong to the provider. A Torch-managed session does not grant a third-party account.
